Welcome to Red Light Community (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Red Light Inc.("we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before creating an account or using our services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT & ELIGIBILITY
  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older) to create an account, access, or use this Platform. This Platform is intended strictly for an adult audience.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to utilize third-party age verification tools, request government-issued identification, or implement technical blocks to verify your age at any time.
  • Zero Tolerance for Minors: Misrepresenting your age to gain access to the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account without warning.
  • Prohibited Users: You may not use the Platform if you are a convicted sex offender or if we have previously disabled an account belonging to you for violations of our terms or policies.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
  • Account Creation: To use certain features, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Credential Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your account with anyone else.
  • Liability: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at superadmin@redlightcommunity.com
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
You retain ownership of the text, photos, videos, and other content you post on the Platform ("User Content"). However, by posting content, you grant us a specific license to host it:
  • License Grant: You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use, host, run, copy, publicly perform, display, translate, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Platform.
  • Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Because this is an adult space, compliance with our community guidelines is critical. You explicitly agree not to post, upload, or transmit content that:
  • Depicts Minors: Features, implies, or relates to minors in any sexualized, exploitative, or abusive manner. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and will immediately report violations to law enforcement and agencies like NCMEC.
  • Lacks Consent: Includes non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery shared without permission (revenge porn), or any form of sexual harassment or cyberstalking.
  • Is Illegal or Promotes Violence: Promotes hate speech, incites violence, facilitates illegal acts, or violates local, national, or international laws.
  • Involves Commercial Exploitation: Contains unauthorized commercial solicitations, spam, multi-level marketing, or prostitution links, unless explicitly permitted via authorized creator monetization programs on the Platform.
  • Damages Infrastructure: Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure.
5. MONITORING, REPORTING, AND MODERATION
  • Content Moderation: We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, or filter User Content. We may remove or block any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms.
  • Reporting Tools: The Platform provides built-in mechanisms allowing users to report abusive behavior or policy-violating content. We encourage active community self-moderation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  • Platform Ownership: Except for User Content, all materials on the Platform—including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code—are the intellectual property of Red Light Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS
  • Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings menu. Upon deletion, certain cached or shared data may persist in backups or on other users' profiles for a limited duration.
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • "As-Is" Service: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, safety, or accuracy of the Platform or the content posted by other users.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Light Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to use the Platform.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Las Vegas, Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nevada, USA.
10. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via a banner on the Platform, an in-app message, or an email notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
